Labor ? ... Maybe.

This morning, I went to my 39 week appointment and had my membranes swept, it hurt quite a bit actually. Soon after I started having mild contractions. Maybe an hour later I had an ultrasound because baby is measuring small. While the nurse poked about, I started having more intense contractions. I figured she aggravated the baby since she was poking her head. Now I’m home about 4 hours later and have some intense cramping/ contractions. I fell asleep and sort of lost the timing and pattern they had. I’m not in unbearable pain, that I feel like I’m dying. Just wondering if I could be in early labor, or just contracting from all the pressure and stuff from both appointments today? I also feel like I have a cold with horrible sore throat and just feel like crap honestly. Ideas?
