When did everyone start potty training?

My daughter is a little over two and I’m pregnant with my second. We started potty training but it’s not going so well. She isn’t interested at all! Sometimes she tries a fit because she doesn’t want to sit on the potty and if she does she will only sit for a few seconds. In the few weeks we have tried she has only went once. I have bribed her with books to read if she sits on the potty, and told her she gets a treat if she goes but it’s not really sinking in. She always listens to her Uncle Matt so I had my brother send us a video of him telling her she has to go pee pee on the potty but that didn’t even work. Any advice would be much appreciated. She might not be ready 🤷🏻‍♀️
