Do you get pictures back in radiology for ultrasounds ??

So ill be 20 weeks next week an had an appointment i was supposed to find out the babies gender . My Dr Told Me they stopped doing ultrasounds now at appointments when your pregnant so for now on they wont let me have any u/s only let me hear the heart beat on the doppler . I have an appointment scheduled with radiology for an ultrasound but i was told they’re cant be any recording an im not able to see my baby on the screen because they turn the screen away from me . Does anyone know if i can at least have some pictures from them ?? Im so hurt that all of a sudden they dont want to give me any ultrasounds when i was told by them that i can come in when i turn 20 weeks to know my babies gender but now all of a sudden they told me no they will not be giving any u/s anymore .. i called kaiser crying because i was so mad & upset that they would do this to me . How can they tell me one thing , to wait all the way to week 20 then i wait that long & now they say i cant see my baby . I am so mad about it !!
