Too hydrated for OPK?
So I heard through the grapevine it’s best to use OPKs with your night time pee. I just took out the Nexplanon so I’ve been using OPKs to try and figure out my cycle. My night time pee is super clear because I drink so much water throughout the day and my OPKs are super duper faint. QUESTION. Is it possible to be too hydrated for an OPK to work? Or am I just super off with my days?
