Damn diet!!!
How do you guys do it.. I am so sick of the way I look. But dieting/ eating healthy is so hard for me. It’s the biggest mind game for me. I’m not a big fan of vegetables... I love a good cheeseburger and I have the sweetest tooth! Don’t get me started on pop... me and my husband just started our “diet” today and we both want to kill each other! I know if you just eat everything in a balance that’s the way to go, diets don’t stick.. but I feel like the weight is always still there if you do it that way!!! HELP
