LH precedes ovulation 
and in my case LH precedes fertile CM. 
Fertile CM precedes ovulation
lots of women here will tell you your opks and CM are worth nothing. Not reliable.
but I have conceived 2x on the first cycle using cm. This pregnancy I also used opks.

23rd was your first positive so likely ovulation was 24th. It’s good to have sperm waiting so I’d say best day to bd is 23rd but 24th is a good idea too
