Baby bump looks sunburned but not

I’m 23 weeks and recently I’ve noticed that my bump looks like it’s sunburned and only itches on and off. I think it’s due to growing since it’s my first baby and I started out at 117 lbs and now I’m 135. I tried to take pics to see if you can see what I’m talking about but the lighting isn’t very good. When I press down it leaves finger marks for 1 second then goes away. Has anyone else had this??
