You should put a pad on and monitor for next 4 hours. Its just normal discharge possibly the beginning of your mucous plug as i had this literally before. Dont panick if you loose like a snot looking stuff with tinged blood this will be the mucous plug. Scary but your fine hun dont panick honestly

Just discharge - u will get an increase in it from now until birth. The reason it does this is to clean the vagina of any possible harmful germs.
