Anyone have an early scan and see only one sac and later found out it’s twins? Stories please. I have a feeling sick before I found out I was pregnant, it could be twins.

One sac can still be twins, it depends on when the fetal pole forms

My SIL has a scan at 8 weeks and they saw one. At 12 weeks they saw 2.

My friend didn't find out she was having twins until her 20 week scan. I'm sure it is a rare occurrence though.
