I swore I heard the same thing and I think I even posted something like this when I was pregnant too! It was more like bones creaking though, not popping. It stopped after a few days.

in my tummy my baby makes noises as if its cracking its fingers or toes when it moves. due in 10 days . been happening since about 18 weeks give or take. but doesnt hurt. second baby this one after 10 years. anyone else with this crackling noises when baby moves
