Resting laptop on belly?

I would get something like this. I’m sure you can find similar items at ikea, target, or amazon. This one has a pillow on the bottle which might be comfy

I’ve wondered this too. I work from home which means I get the luxury of stretching out on the couch while working. I pay attention to if its feeling hot and move to a desk then.

You can but I wouldn’t for an extended period of time (pregnant or not) as it gets hot and you could burn yourself.
