What do you feed your 14 month old

my daughter is beginning to get picky.. Any recipe ideas for my 14 month old...

Always looking for new ideas. Breakfast is usually scrambled eggs (with veggies and cheese), yogurt, or oatmeal muffins plus a piece of fruit. Has been getting a mini bagel sometimes, hoping to slow down his constant chewing on inappropriate things. Lunch could mac n cheese with veggies, grilled cheese, leftovers. Supper is typically whatever we're eating or a variation. Kiddo loves chicken and ground beef (any meat, really). Hates mashed potatoes, only got him to eat a couple bites once when I melted cheese all over it.

My daughter loves chicken wings, sweet potatoe fries, steak, grilled cheese rolls up, yogurt and smoothies. I make her all kinds of fruit and veggie smoothies. Important to mix both or she won't drink if it's too bitter like the veggies. She really loves cheese, pickles, raspberries and strawberries. She eats wveruthing I eat, so I just make sure sodium content is low and is healthy. She is fiend for broccoli so I shave it down to make cheese covered broccoli "bread sticks." Super healthy and she goes to town. Pinterest is my go to, to find new recipes that are toddler friendly.

Oh my god, picky is an understatement for my girl 😂 I’ve tried a million types of cereal but all she’ll eat is baby oats. For lunch she won’t eat any fruits or veg, no yoghurt or anything else that’s standard for lunch time, so she eats either a Vegemite or peanut butter sandwich 😬 she does like her rice and noodle dishes luckily because my husband is half Burmese so a lot of what we eat for dinner is Asian food, but yeah... she doesn’t eat the healthiest things on a daily basis. But I get it. I was an extremely fussy eater too. I pretty much survived on fish fingers and hot chips most of my childhood and teen years... but I survived with zero weight issues and I actually eat a good variety of foods now, so there’s hope! 😂
