Has your boyfriend ever had baby fever?

Have any of y’all boyfriends had baby fever? I know it sounds crazy. We’ve been dating for about 2 years now and we are DEFINITELY not ready for a baby any time soon. During the beginning of our relationship I had a pregnancy scare and his first reaction was abortion, which broke my heart tbh. But lately, he’s been tagging me in a bunch of videos about kids and babies, and it’s really catching me off guard. He used to talk about how he never wanted kids and if he did he doesn’t want a girl because their teenage years are pretty rough (and I agree) but the other day he tagged me in a video where a dad was talking about how his sons were mamma boys and how he couldn’t wait to have a daughter. My boyfriend tagged me in it and commented “Literally me even if it takes a couple to have a girl”.... I was like wuttttt thought you didn’t want a girl. But at the same time I’m curious if he is tagging me in this stuff because I teach one year olds at a preschool. I just think it’s really cool and cute and it’s making me look at him in a different light and look forward to a future and a little family with him ♥️ just curious if anyone else has experienced this.
