Dermoid cyst

So I’ve been very lucky to have two wonderful little boys. After my second the Dr said I have a dermoid cyst about 5-6cm that I should have removed before I try to become pregnant again. So far the cyst does not bother me at all. Part of me is nervous that if I have it removed I won’t be able to have another baby. But then also nervous if I don’t have it removed and get pregnant it can cause complications. Has anyone had a dermoid cyst removed and gone on to have a baby. Or anyone who knew they had a dermoid cyst and didn’t have it removed and went on to become pregnant. Or any experiences with dermoid cysts at all. Thanks!!
