I suffer from PCOS and have irregular periods, I have 1 daughter who is 18 months and ready to try again, however I am really wanting a boy.

I have heard that timing ovulation etc can help sway that gender way, my question is has anyone used an ovulation test kit not only to try to conceive but also sway towards a particular gender ? Also what are the best ovulation test kits out in the market?
