What is going on help

So I have been having what I think braxton hicks since 11:16 this morning they were on and off period like cramps now Its hitting my back and my ob/midwife said if it gets worse to call. Should I be concerned or ???

I’m also 32+2 and had some BH this morning while making breakfast. I think I just hadn’t had enough water this morning and with all the moving around I was doing. My midwife says they become more common in the third trimester as our uterus stretches and expands.

i had braxton hicks starting at 26 weeks. then from 36 weeks I had them daily so I wouldn't be concerned yet
