Still in disbelief
I am 11 weeks today and got pregnant right after a miscarriage and I am still in disbelief. I have had an easy pregnancy and I know i should be grateful but I just can't ground myself in this staege of my life.
Before I miscarried I was so happy in my pregnancy and so full of joy and now I'm so hesitant and scared in this one.
Is there any tips to help me ground myself and believe that this is actually happening?
