Yes, but mercury is cumulative (meaning it builds up the more you eat it) so it should be limited. There is a brand called Safe Catch and they test each fish for its mercury levels, making it the lowest mercury containing canned tuna :)

Yea, but to be on the safe side, a can a week. Idk exactly how bad it could affect you or baby if you ate it all the time, so I always feel like better safe than sorry!

My OB told me only 1 can of Tuna a week but that was like 10 years ago but she said it was because tuna contains small amounts of mercury compared to other fish/seafood so I was allowed 1 can a week.
