Call my doctor? Somethings wrong

I’m 12 weeks 5 days.

I’ve had a bad headache since last night. I’ve been nauseous and light headed so much I can barely eat/drink or get out of bed/couch. I’ve been nauseous before but not to the point where I can barely walk. No bleeding no cramps. I saw my little bean last week on an ultrasound moving around, heard it’s heart pounding away. I sent my doctor an email but it’s Saturday night of a holiday weekend. I took 1/2 tab of Unisom and later Tylenol but it barely does anything. Please help.
