Eyelashes aren’t as curly anymore

When I was younger my eyelashes were so big and curly. I am guessing for the past 5 or 7 years they stopped being this way.

The picture below is when I was 18 with the big lashes after use of mascara and the other picture is today, I’ll be 29 in July.

Even my right eyelashes don’t curl as evenly as my left like they once did lol

Why did this happen and what can be done?!
