How did you know you were having twins other than the US showing it? I’m 5+4 with my second, and I’ve had symptoms since 4 weeks exactly. My symptoms are a lot stronger and I’m getting dehydrated a lot easier with swollen feet and hands. My HCG was 496 on the 21st and 2517 on the 25th. My daughter was born in October at 22 weeks and I’m not sure if I’ve been ovulating until this past cycle. Is it possibly for twins?
