So I’m currently pregnant with my second baby, and with my first I pushed for two

hours but ended up with an emergency c section because her head wasn’t descending down. my question is, is this likely to happen again or would I definitely have to have another section for this reason? Or was it just the first baby and her big head 😂 (I’m probably going to have to have a section again anyway because it’s only been 10 months but I’m just wondering anyway if it’s a one off thing or not)
