pregnancy acne

I'm 12weeks4days.. this is my fourth pregnancy. ive seemed to have gotten so many pimples. blows my mind. ive never had acne maybe one or two pimples here and there but my face is crazy covered in them. I never had to wear face powder or foundation but I have to now cause therd so red and so big I'm embarrassed. ive never felt so ugly
