Hi all, have you tried lactation cookies. I bought some today from target to try to up my supply. I’m barely pumping 2 oz for my 1 month old and we’ve been supplementing formula after every feeding. And she usually drinks 2 oz of formula after I breastfeed for 30 minutes. I tried the mother’s milk hot tea, maybe it’s my fault it didn’t work, I’m not a fan of licorice and it has anis in it and I would dread drinking it so I’m trying the cookies, have you tried them and gotten good/bad results?
