Herbal tea
I asked my midwife if I could drink chamomile tea since I read it can sometimes bring on labor so I was scared she said “yes sleepy tea is fine” I didn’t quite understand why she called it that until I had some. The first time I drank it I felt high like I was freaking out lol but it was the best sleep that I’ve gotten this entire 6 months.
Do you guys drink chamomile tea and how often?
