High Risk w/ NO progesterone

I'm currently 26 weeks measuring 27 weeks and have approximately 3/4 weeks until the point I went into preterm labor with my first.

I was unable to take a suppository due to allergies and unable to get the progesterone shots bc of insurance problems 🙃 so now I'm anxiously waiting 😬

I also have a low lying placenta and have an ultrasound to check on that tomorrow.

Just looking for anyone going through about the same thing or have already been through it, I'm super nervous. Tell me your stories!!
