shoes ?
what's the best kind of tennis shoes to wear ? I have really flat feet and was going to see if there was any shoes that had good arch support and ankle support and see if it'd help with my lower back and feet hurting. I've already read to go up a shoe size anyways and it would make my feet more comfortable and room etc. just wanting opinions lol this is my second pregnancy but my 1st was a early miscarriage
