ttc? not trying not preventing?

Question

my husband and I haven't been using a condom for a few years, I've been off birth control since October 2016. I took progesterone from January 2017- April 2018. when my husband and I have sex he pulls out. 
January 1, we are going to stop pulling out. does this mean that we will be ttc?
I have PCOS and Hahsimotos Thyroiditis with Hypothyroidism.

Yes-ish if you are not preventing you are TTC you just are not trying very hard. I. Would have a preconception visit for sure

I would say technically yes. definitely take prenatal vitamins in case you do get pregnant but talk to your Dr on what to do!
