Maybe miscarriage?

So I had unprotected sex a few weeks back, I’m really not even sure how long ago. About 2 weeks ago I started getting brownish colored discharge , I thought I was starting my period. It then turned into light pink blood about a week ago but I was only spotting. I was concerned I was pregnant because those is not usually how my periods are not to mention I was 2 weeks late. I took a test and it came out positive for pregnancy but now I am bleeding heavier and it is also darker. I do not have health insurance and financially money is pretty tight right now so before I go to the hospital or urgent care I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Am I having a miscarriage or is this normal ?
