How long can stress delay your period?

I am late by 4 days and I don’t think I will be getting it today. I’m not sure if it’s stress or if im pregnant. How long can stress delay your period? Usually when I feel my period coming I feel pressure in my lower back but I haven’t felt that at all

It effected mine for 3 weeks before... it was awful! Lol.

It can affect it a lot , depends how stress I feel like . I recently missed a WHOLE month of my cycle due to stress & depression, I thought I was pregnant because I was getting symptoms but I took two test and went to the doctor and they were all negative . I then got my period but only lasted 2 days , the doctor said it was due to my stress and dramatic weight loss. 
I hope whatever you’re going through gets better girl ! If you’re not sure I would go to the doctor & if you are stressed that that bad I would recommend talking to someone . I didn’t for a while and I regretted it , good luck girl .💜
