Next ear piercing?

Both ear lobes are completely pierced with 4 piercings each. What should my next piercing be?

I have both my Tagus and you can deff hear the needle going through it crunches but it’s not unbearable. Any piercing will hurt. They’re easy to heal because they’re so out of the way.

Tragus hands down. I have both tragus and cartilage. My hair gets stuck in my cartilage and it was a pain in the ass to heal. Tragus was practically painless in the piercing and healing processes. My tragus is the only jewelry I wear now because it is so beautiful.
