Insomnia
I’m supposed to have my period in 2-3 days and since 3 days I can’t sleep more than 3 to 5 hours 😫😫😫 is insomnia a parts of the pms? Cause if not, i don’t know what to do..i’m a big sleeper i love sleeping so much, but stupid insomnia dont want me to sleep ..
