Should I go to the doctor?

I’m on week 2 of recovery from a marzupilisation of my bartholin glands and I’ve noticed I’ve started getting Thrush symptoms (had it before) but the difference this time is that it’s accompanied by a strange smell! I had a std test a few weeks prior to surgery and had no sexual partners from then on due to being too sore from the bartholin cyst so I cannot have an STD. 
The other funny thing is, when I have the discharge on my finger it is white, but on toilet paper or a tampon (using thrush home remedies) the discharge looks green?

It’s an infection. Nothing to panic about but not to be ignored so call your doctor. My guess is your provider will take you same day.

Make a doctor appointment. Green discharge could be infection, or it could even be an STD if you had unprotected sex recently before they tested you, it just may have been too early to be detected. My best friend had Gonorrhea go undetected for two months because she was tested too early.
Not trying to scare you, it’s just better to be safe and get it checked by a professional. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. Good luck.
