Bleeding after implant

About 9 days after I got my implant, I’ve been bleeding ever since which have been 10 days. It was bright red at first and now it’s dark brown. I know bleeding is the most common side effects but it’s freaking me out a little. Has anyone else had bleeding after implant? How long did it last? Is there anything I could do to end this ASAP?
