Is it okay to sleep on your back pregnant? I’ve read where it’s not ok but I’ve read where it is ok so I’m confused.

My OB said to sleep however I’m comfortable if there’s a problem I’ll know it and to turn or else sleep how I can while I can!

No it's not safe. It's fine in your first trimester, but as your uterus gets bigger, it puts pressure on your major blood vessel - vena cava. This cuts off the blood flow to your brain, causing dizziness & shortness of breath, and it cuts off the blood flow to your baby.
