So this has been the 3rd time in my pregnancy I’ve had a nightmare but last nights was so vivid I almost had a heart attack. 16 weeks and I had the dream that I got up out of bed to go to the bathroom and I was in premature labor . I felt his head crowning so I squatted down and began to push. I ended up delivering in on my bathroom floor. And I took back up and just held him . I left him attached to me via umbilical cord and waiting for it to become pale and flat. After that I cut it without a clamp. Because I didn’t have one then I laid him on my bed. I ran back to the bathroom and starts to deliver the placenta. Which didn’t take long. By this time I’ve called 911 and my husband .. my son was about 30 weeks gestational age . But he was starting to die . It had been about 15 minutes and the ambulance still didn’t come . I wake up my mom who magically popped up to be asleep on my couch and she came in the room to see him. he was absolutely stunning for a newborn. I just held him and held him and look at myself holding him in the mirror . I started to keep rubbing his chest because he kept goin in and out of it . And I could tell he would die soon . So I lay him on my bed . Take a couple pictures since his daddy probably wouldn’t see him alive then I started chest compressions. Just get the blood flowing . After that I think he started have seizures. I called 911. No one answer then I woke up.

It was by far the scary dream I’ve ever had during a pregnancy .
