My almost 9 month old now likes to sleep on his tummy with his face to one side , he’s been drooling more lately because he’s been teething and sometimes in the morning I’ll find that he’s woken up in his drool. Now that side of his face has what looks like baby pimples on it.

It doesn’t seem painful for him, he doesn’t have a temperature and isn’t off his food, so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing?
