Loss of round ligament pain? Is this a bad sign?

I'm 10 weeks 3 days today and since I found out I was pregnant every time I would cough or sneeze it would pull ligaments and hurt so bad. Up until yesterday that stopped. When I cough or sneeze now, nothing happens, no ligaments pulling at all like it always would. Is this a bad sign that something is wrong?

Not a bad sign. A blessing. I've had mine go away for a week or two and then come back twice as painful.

I wouldn’t worry especially at that stage - I think you usually get round ligament pain in the second trimester?

Nope they come and go I’m 20 weeks and I feel like they are worse now 😩
