I just set up DDR and I am so excited 🙌
Just a short happiness ramble here.
I use to be extremely tiny, without much exercise. I had no idea why because I ate soooo much food (I love food). Then it hit me. Dance Dance Revolution. I use to play that game daily. Now there are finally studies out that show you how many calories you’re supposedly burning off on different difficulty modes and I’m over here having an aha moment because now I understand why I could eat the amount of food I was eating and not gain weight.
The best part about it is it only cost 35$ to get everything I needed.
I bought a ps2 DDR pad for 15$ and a converter to USB to plug it into my computer.
Stepmania is completely free and there’s lots of places to download free songs for the game.

I’m going to track my measurements and weight for the next 4 weeks and post an update. I know a lot of girls are looking for ways to stay in shape. This just happens to be the easiest cardio method for me because I actually enjoy it.
