Gonal p highest dose?

Hi all
I’m on 300iu gonal, is that the highest dose? My follicles aren’t growing. Cd 7 and only 8mm. Just wondering why they aren’t upping it? Any advice would be great xx

I’m on 375 of gonal, but I would trust your doctor. I’m sure that they are doing what is best for your individual body.

My first ivf cycle I was on 300. 2nd cycle I was on 450. Besides the size of the follicles they also look at your estrogen level to determine dose. 
My follicles were also very slow to respond my first round. But I think it’s because they had me take birth control before the cycle and I think that over suppressed my ovaries. Second cycle I did an estrogen priming protocol in addition to higher dose meds and had a better response.

I believe that's the highest dose. Be patient you will get there, drink lots of water at least 2 litres a day I was on around 270 on my last round I didn't get as many folicules as my previous IVF but I had more blastocysts....no baby as yet though.... so persevere, it's usually at least 2 weeks of stims. In Ontario they can go up to 450. But they usually start at 300 (middle). This is what I was told by my doctor. They start midrange to prevent ohss
