Go to work with a sch?

I’m bleeding heavily and cramping. Just got us yesterday and diagnosed with a sub chorionic hematoma. Doc say my desk job is ok but nurse recommended working at home lying down if possible. I can’t really work from home but I feel guilty calling in because we’re super busy. Should I stay home til the bleeding stops?

Answer

I was told to stay laying down for a few days after until the major bleeding stopped. My sch started on a Thursday so I took Friday off and then used the weekend to recoup. Was told to rest for as long as I could.
