Workout routines, diets on a budget, etc?

🌹So I’ve recently started working out, trying to eat better, etc. Sometimes I go for runs around my neighborhood and I do pilates occasionally when it’s raining. I’m posting on here because you all seem like you know what you’re doing! 🌹

🌿I’m looking for a set routine! My goal is to work on my stomach and butt. I’m also looking for heathy (and hopefully good) foods that will help me on my weight loss journey. I’m just starting out.🌿

💐I weigh about 205lbs, I’m 5’8, and 16y/o. Yes I know my BMI sucks. I’m working on it now. 💐
