Implantation?

So I’m on my second month of ttc. My period was due almost 10 days ago and I’ve tested negative 10 times in the last 3 weeks. The last 2 days my sex drive was through the roof and now I’m exhausted and started spotting tonight. I also have a weird heavy pulling feeling in my uterus area. Does it sound like implantation?

I’m sure I’ll know tomorrow if I have my period or not but I’m impatient.

I also started metformin 10 days ago and lost 6 pounds
