Overprotective boyfriend

My boyfriend just had a full on argument with me because I had to open the door to the postman in a jumper and my underwear. All I did was take a parcel off him and then close the door I don’t get why he’s getting so touchy over this the post man is literally about 60 it’s not like he’s our age and I invited him in. He’s always doing stuff like this getting annoyed at me for even walking with another boy around school😴what should i do
