Cramping on day 11, TTC

Today and yesterday I have been experiencing cramping, a little less intense then when I am on my period, but not by much. I have endometriosis and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome but I have never experienced this type of pain before. Is there something wrong with me? It took me 2 and a half years to get pregnant with my son (who is now 5) and I had surgery back in November for my endometriosis. My doctor said that he put the dye through my tubes and they are clear. I just have no idea what this cramping could be from. It seems like it is too intense to be from ovulation and if I am about to start my period on day 11, my uterus and I are going to have words! Any ideas of what it could be??
