Losing stomach fat
Hey girls! So im not large at all, I’m 5"3 about 125 pounds or so. Im generally pretty thin but i have a large stomach and a muffin top! Its not even soft it’s like hard and stubborn and has been there for years!! What should I eat, and how should I workout for it to go away in a month?? I just want a flat stomach and no lower back fat!
