Can I use a Doppler at 10 weeks pregnant?

I bought one but couldn’t find the heartbeat. I don’t want to worry myself

You might be able to. I have one that says you are able to find the heartbeat at 13 weeks I'm not sure about 10 though. You can try but it might worry you if you can't find it.

I was able to find the heartbeat at 10 weeks but some people have a hard time. I wouldn’t worry. The home Doppler’s are super shitty compared to the doctors one

It gets easier to find around 14w and up but there are usually tutorials you can find to show you where to look. I found both of my babies pretty early by starting really low below the belly button and just searching around. 
If you can’t find it, definitely do not panic! It’s tricky to find at first and online purchased dopplers aren’t as efficient as the ones at the doctors office.

I found my youngest daughters on a doppler I bought for $40 online at 7 weeks and 4 days...but I was waaaaay too skinny for my own good at the time...so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. Not saying you're fat...I was just underweight. Lol.

I bought one to around that time and couldn't find the heartbeat myself. Try not to worry yourself about it.once you get further along you'll be able to find it.
