I have finally gotten my a$$ to the gym! I started in March trying to go 3 times a week. Some weeks I go more and others less☹️. I am able to comfortably run 5 miles and am working on going more. Have been doing lots of leg exercise as I want to tone my legs and booty. I also try work on my arms and core at least once a week soon at home workouts with weights. I haven’t modified my diet too much yet other than trying to eat more fruit and veggies and having healthy snacks. First pic is of me June 1,2018. Second pic is of me March 30,2018. I weight roughly the same but have lost 3 inches each in my waist and hips and about 1/2 inch to 1 inch in bust arms and thighs.
