Symptom loss at 7 weeks

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing major nausea for the past week or so. Yesterday, my morning sickness suddenly stopped and I still feel fine. I also had very slight spotting (brown) after my sonogram this Tuesday. I’ve also had some lower back pain since yesterday afternoon. I had a miscarriage in the winter so I am sooo nervous- everything has been great with this pregnancy so far and I don’t know what to think! My doctor didn’t have a sono tech to see me today so basically said we have to wait it out and see what happens. Has anyone experienced something similar?
