PCOS Diet, seeing improvement!

So I went on what I lovingly refer to as the Bean diet back in January. Basically, protien right when you wake, loads of chili, salads and lean meats. Very little sugar and no dairy, aside from a cheat day once a week ;) We were doing a weight loss challange at work where we bet money to try and lose 5% of our total. I was doing it mainly for weight, not pcos. Now up to that point I hadn't had a period since September, and before that I don't even remember haha. But a month into the diet I get one! It's a 47 day cycle...then 36 and finally last month 31! Here's hoping thay means I'll have an especially healthy shot this month!
